For Father’s Day, we take a twist on the famous “Hanky Panky” cocktail, created for actor Charles Hawtrey at the infamous Savoy Hotel. Basically a variation on a Martinez, here we are substituting gin with a special release. The Wiley Daddy

1 1/2 oz Belvedere Heritage 176

1 1/2 oz  Carpano Antica vermouth

2-3 drops  Fernet Branca

Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass filled with fresh ice. Stir for at least thirty seconds until very cold. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with e  orange or lemon twist.
