Description:
Vilarnau Brut Nature Reserva is produced from organic grapes and is a blend of Macabeo, Parellada and Chardonnay and is aged for 15 months on its lees. This cava is extremely dry and is the perfect balance between the fruity and floral aromas from the grape, the pastry and bread aromas from the time spent on lees and the aromas developed in bottle such as toast, honey and nuts. Dry, fresh and delicate on the nose with a smooth velvety texture on the mouth. A good match for seafood, fish, white meat and poultry. Serve well chilled.
