Description:
An Oregon Pinot Gris is certainly apropos for late autumn and the harvest fair that it brings to the table and this particular version, from a long-established Willamette Valley institution, brings to life all that is satisfying about the grape and place. Old vine plantings (some from Torii Mor's original estate vineyard) provide a depth to the tree fruits that are augmented by a grassy herb and washed gravel minerality. Stainless steel fermentation and aging preserve the freshness and leaves that wonderful fruit to do the talking!
