This is one of a very special lineup of concept-driven wines from Mary Taylor. Mary is locally born and raised here in Massachusetts, but has spent years working in various capacities in the wine industry across Europe. Returning to the U.S., she has started her own unique company with a stated goal of "demystifying European appellation wine." She works with vine-growers and winemakers of repute to create extremely classic, terroir-inspired, varietally and regionally correct wines to familiarize consumers with the sometimes confusing system of naming wines for their place rather than their grapes. Her first efforts have focused primarily in France, including this crisp white from Bordeaux!
