Description:
Founded in 1904, Domaine Marcel Lapierre is currently run by sister and brother team, Camille and Mathieu Lapierre. Their Gamay is harvested and sorted by hand and whole-cluster fermented with indigenous yeast, à l’ancienne, for ten to twenty days, then aged for at least nine months on its fine lees in oak foudres and fûts ranging from three to thirteen years old, and bottled unfiltered. Certified organic by Ecocert.
