Nose : Aromas of dark berry fruits and pepper
Palate: Flavors of juicy blackberries, hints of spice and soft tannins.
Food pairing: Very well suited for a variety of dishes, but just perfect with BBQ or steak. They are an Austrian, family owned, winery located south east of Vienna in Burgenland. Hopler wines have a clear signature. They tend to be delicate, elegant and high in minerality. They are excellent to drink on their own, but versatile when it comes to food and wine pairings.
