Holmes Cay Barbados Port Cask

This Barbados edition is a product of the Foursquare Rum Distillery of Barbados. This blend of pot and column stills was aged 8 years in Barbados, then underwent a further 18 months of secondary maturation in an ex-port cask in New York State. 

Tasting Notes: Light Christmas spice on the nose. Cherry and vanilla on the tongue lead to a dry finish with notes of Christmas spice, stone fruit and tannin.
