Harvey's Amontillado Medium Dry Sherry

Harveys Medium Dry Sherry is a blend of Amontillados with a light, elegant nutty taste. Made from a delicate blend of 92% Palomino grapes and 8% Pedro Ximenez. On the nose is a strong union of fine wood and hazelnuts. The nutty undertones are carried on through to the palate and leaves a satisfyingly smooth finish. Best enjoyed lightly chilled at about 10–11ºC and makes a great accompaniment to spicy seafood or soups.
