Description:
The Champagne Les Quatre Terroirs by Pertois-Moriset is the family Champagne Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay grapes form the vineyards of the four villages of the Domaine in Côte de Blancs classified as Grand Cru: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cramant, and Chouilly. This Champagne was made from 70% of the base vintage and 30% of the vin de réserve stored in the cellar. The refinement on the yeasts takes partly place in the foudre and the final dosage is only 2.5g/L.
The wine has an elegant golden yellow color with amber reflections. The smell is very expressive, with notes of dried and ripe fruit. In the mouth you can taste the great class of its perlage and structure, with hints of walnuts, cream, and pastry. It goes particularly well with soft and mature French cheeses or also with white fish dishes.
