he Chiacchiera winery founded in 2010 by the family of Emanuela Mancianti, is located in the hills of Montepulciano in the locality of Cervognano. This area, southeast of Montepulciano, is among the most suitable for the production of wine and oil. Emanuela herself personally and meticulously follows every phase of the farming and the vineyards, leaving nothing to chance. Garnet color with a light burgundy rim. Aromas of brambly black cherry compote and tobacco. The wine is medium-bodied with notes of cherry and cigar-box upfront. The mid-palate displays a juicy mouthfeel of raspberries and black tea leaf. Excellent acid and alcohol balance.
