Authentique Leisure Skin Contact Pinot Gris

Biodynamic farmed grapes from our estate vineyard are picked just ripe and cold soaked until a warm copper-rose color is obtained. The wine is pressed with minimal settling and fermented in concrete, italian amphorae and neutral french oak. We also find aromas of lemon blossom, kaffir lime and wet stone enveloped in ocean mist. The palate is both balanced and complex. Beautifully layered with citrus, asian pear and fine grape skin tannins come into complete harmony.
