Sei Querce Six Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon

Our vineyards are among the best in Sonoma County for growing Bordeaux varieties. Our reds are barrel aged in a judicious mix of new and old French oak and then bottle aged before we release them to the market. When we release our 2019s, we’ll be adding Merlot, Cab Franc, and Malbec to our current offerings. We believe we have achieved a zero carbon footprint to grow and make our wine, leaving only the bottling and delivery with a carbon impact. To reach carbon neutral we buy carbon offsets to cover every bottle we fill and ship.

A beautiful example of a wine that just comes together into a delightfully seamless whole. Black cherry, boysenberry, and cassis fruits are here, along with delicious notes of chocolate cake, vanilla, marzipan and nutmeg, which all makes for a silk-like, smooth and delicious wine. There are tannins on the finish, just enough to hold and age this wine remarkably.

Our focus from the start has been on climate friendly farming: we are sustainable, fish friendly, and bee friendly. While only some of our blocks are certified organic at present, they are all farmed organically, in exactly the same manner throughout.
