Description:
This expressive white wine explodes with aromas of honeysuckle, white pear, and citrus. The grapes for this blend of Chenin Blanc and Semillon are sourced from dry-farmed, old vine (36-83 years old) parcels located in select locations throughout the Western Cape. Native yeasts are utilized to ferment the wine in neutral barrels and the wine sees no SO2 additions.
