Barolo Marcenasco is smooth, balanced, elegant and faithfully, best to drink between 6 to 12 years after the vintage.
Pale Garnet in the glass, this is a complex and aromatic Barolo – fragrant rose perfume, red fruits, earth, spice, and a savory characteristic. The palate is full and dry with medium+ tannins and acidity and each layer peels back to reveal notes of strawberry, vanilla, oak, leather, tobacco, and dried cherry. A long finish. While approachable now, as with any good Barolo it has the capacity to age well. Decant!
