The aromas and flavors carry through to a texturally complete well-balanced palate that offers the right amount of tension and creaminess. This aromatic white wine is effusive and aromatic, with classic notes of citrus and lime zest. Peach and citrus fall on the palate along with minerality and punchy acidity, complemented by round texture. Pair with crudo, ceviche, oysters and cured meat.
