Spiced Pear Martini

·        2 oz. Gin (we use Bulrush)

·        1 oz. St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with fresh ice. Stir in whatever direction you prefer. Strain. Garnish with piece of star anise and an orange twist.

Variation 1: (Bring those lovely pear flavors forward)

·        2½ oz. St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur

·        ½ oz. Bulrush Gin

Mère’s Milk Punch

·        1 cup half-and-half

·        1 cup milk

·        ½ cup cognac or brandy (Mère was known to double up the brandy)

·        2 tsp vanilla extract

·        2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar

·        14 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Sprinkle individual servings with freshly ground nutmeg.

Sweater Weather

·        2 oz. Bailey’s Chocolate Liqueur

·        2 oz Jack Daniel’s Jack Fire Cinnamon

·        1-2 oz freshly brewed hot coffee

Combine ingredients into a hearty mug and stir heartily. Add the hot coffee and give a quick stir. Top with whipped cream. Insert a large cinnamon stick and sprinkle with ground nutmeg and ground cloves
