2 oz. Gin (we use Bulrush)

1 oz. St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with fresh ice. Stir in
whatever direction you prefer. Strain. Garnish with piece of star anise and an
orange twist.
Variation

Mère’s Milk
Punch

1 cup half-and-half

1 cup milk
·
½ cup cognac or brandy (Mère was known to double up the
brandy)

2 tsp vanilla extract
·
2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar

14 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Sprinkle individual servings with freshly ground nutmeg.
Sweater Weather

2 oz. Bailey’s Chocolate Liqueur

2 oz Jack Daniel’s Jack Fire Cinnamon

1-2 oz freshly brewed hot coffee
